Cambridge River Festival
I attended my first Cambridge River Festival this afternoon and I didn’t know what to expect. What I got was gorgeous weather and lots of good people watching. I took some inspiration today from Bill Cunningham of the NY Times. The first image is of Suzanne, she runs Fusion Ethos Fashion. Enjoy!

Awesome photos!
The second photo initially caught my eye from a purely textural point of view - the focus is awesome, and the material of the hat is really enigmatic and interesting. The highlights and shadows on the deep mesh are really well brought out also due to the positioning of sunlight and subject. I dunno, turn the hat upside down and it might have served to hold fruit in another life?
Very nice portrait of Suzanne for Fusion Ethos Fashion. I really like how the early afternoon light reflects off the angles and curves of her face; well captured.
The third photo is very striking to be honest. Great sense of motion. Amazing how the sunlight serves to highlight such grace and musculature, and to gently highlight the red-bronze of her hair. Really the only takeaway is that there is not enough negative space around such a lovely subject; there are numerous people in the background. As you continue your street photography, you also may want to try photographing your subjects as they pass by walls, in front of emptier streets, etc. Or perhaps you’ve already done that and I’ve not yet had the opportunity to see
Great photos all in all, keep on posting.
